Used their compounding pharmacy services recently and they gave expedited services. I then called with a question and they promptly picked up the phone and were able to answer my question.

I have had a wonderful experience with Ashland Health!!! They helped go through my health insurance benefits to get me the items that I need for when my baby is due! They also went above and beyond to let me know about my tracking of my package because I unexpectedly had to leave town and let me know when and where it will be. I then contacted them a few weeks later to see if my insurance covered more than just pumps and were willing to send in the appropriate paper work to try to get us what we need! I will be letting anyone I know to use them and would use them over and over again!! Thank you so much for giving me a worry free experience!! 😊

I had a fantastic experience with Ashland Women's Health! My OBGYN contacted their organization on my behalf with my breast pump prescription, within a day I got a phone call letting me know they had received the prescription and that they had made contact with my insurance company. The very friendly customer service rep requested my email to send me out literature for their products so I could be prepared to make my selection once the insurance had approved the order. Within minutes I received literature on the various pumps, and was able to do my research. Like clock work, I received another phone call a few days later letting me know the prescription had been approved and asking if I was ready to make my selection. I made my selection, and within an hour had received paperwork to sign off on and tracking information for my order. The product shipped immediately and was at my door step within 2 business days. They took all the work out of the whole process! To say that Ashalnd Women's Health is fast and friendly is understatement I will most definitely be recommending them to friends in the future!

They went beyond and above my expectations and got me a wonderful, easy machine to use for pumping. Im so greatful that this company got it to me in a quick and no hassle fashion. The rep I worked with was nice and fast to reply to my questions. I will recommend to any of my pregnant/breastfeeding friends and family.
