This place is amazing! Their hospitality is OFF THE CHARTS. From Stephanie at the front desk making sure you are comfortable to Alex making sure everything is running smoothly to Dr. Lustig performing the procedure perfectly and communicating everything. They didn’t try to “oversell” anything and communicated all the options and solutions for my problem without pushing me to do anything I didn’t want to. You can tell they truly care about their clients and will text/call to make sure you’re feeling good after the procedures. They took me from hobbling around the field with patellar tendonitis to punting a football pain free! I can’t thank these guys and girls enough! TRUST BioReset!!

I was looking forward to getting PRP for hip injuries as I was in a lot of pain and could barely walk. After paying $1000 for a consult fee I was rescheduled 3 times and my appointment for treatment kept being pushed out with very short notice of cancellation. I decided to get treatment with another person who was able to treat me sooner and who I could depend on to keep my appointment. I dont' like writing negative reviews but also don't want anyone else to lose $1000.

When I came to Bio Reset, my knee was practically gone. I had a grade III flap tear in my meniscus, in the same knee that already had a history of ACL tears, reconstruction surgery, and failure on my part to keep up my physical therapy... I couldn't train jui jitsu anymore. I could barely even walk through a grocery store or book store without my knee dislocating with severe pain, and for me to have to force it back into place with even more pain. This injury kept me from doing what I loved for 7 months, with no sign of recovery. Surgeons tried to convince me to remove the meniscus completely but I knew that would affect my athletic career. After going through 3 rounds of PRP + Placenta Matrix injections at Bio Reset, I finally found myself back to training, back to competing and winning many tournaments. I'm able to hike and run and be outdoorsy with confidence. My knee will never be 100%. But it is stronger than it was even before the meniscus tear.
