I have been a member for about Month now!!! I truly appreciate & enjoy the experience from each member, support from the staff & the facility itself. I’ve done contrast therapy (sauna, cold plunge) many times now and I really enjoy it! The red light bed is also relaxing and energizing at the same time. Ara and Gene are amazingly kind, helpful, and sweet. BMS is amazing!

BMS Wellness is a life changing experience. The entire staff is knowledgeable, and really want what’s best for their customers. The cleanliness of the treatment areas is refreshing. BMS is such a cool place! The staff is awesome and all of the equipment is very impressive. I’ve been dealing with back and shoulder pain from a desk job and was very surprised at how much the sauna and cold plunge helped me. I highly recommend BMS for anyone trying to get healthy.
