CDRx Compounding Pharmacy

They make a mistake on my prescription giving me the wrong dosage and when I Call Them to ask please to rectify their error they were Disrispectful and Toll if I am any the right dosage I need to pay again 135 dollars , I inmediatly say not because was not my fault , That tell you how much they care , I been getting my meds there for 6 years they refused to fixed Meanwhile I have the wrong meds and I lost my money ,I know I been on a different dosage a few months ago , but if they weren’t sure about dosage the right thing to do would be call doctor or the patient , , but not they just took money and after that they couldn’t care less . I intent to go much farther with this , I’ll call the medical board and do what ever needs to be done and explain what they did , I m so disappointed, disgusted

Tirzepatide is an excellent drug. It suppresses my appetite and I lost 28 pounds in 8 weeks with daily exercise. I strongly recommend this drug!

CDRX is incompetent. Can't follow simple instructions. FedEx'd script. Told them 3 times to send NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. THREE TIMES. Just as sweet as pie that they'd send without signature. Sure enough get the verification email that a signature is required and they can't do anything about it. First FedEx says 10a-12p. Then 12p-3p. At my hourly work rate I'm going to lose over $2k sitting at my house waiting for this. They'd screw up an aspirin. Never again.

They were very kind and polite young ladies. They gave me advise on storing our prescription and the experience went well. Thank you
