Central FL Pharmacy CORP.

I’m sure I have previously left a review for this pharmacy, when I first began a customer. The pharmacists at the time, Sami was an old coworker and introduced me to this small pharmacy. I transferred my meds here and went through a ton of meds during a high risk pregnancy as well. I never had any issues and even had Danny and some go out of the way to be extra helpful. Recently though things haven’t been the same. I’m on a psych journey angter dealing with extreme postpartum ans well ans my other issues.. and trying to find and settle into the correct regiment of medications that will work with me and my illnesses. Lately I get the vibe that I’m not always told the truth and as a previous pharmacy technician I can read between the lines sometimes. It makes me sad that I have to switch pharmacies as when issues come up there isn’t much help to solve them, if an rx needs extra help I’ve been on the phone with my doctors trying to fix it with the pharmacy as opposed to the other way around. Unfortunately I think my time with this pharmacy is done. They are great for basic meds. But anything other than those including psych seem to put you in a category where you almost feel judged. Again, they are still ok. Just no longer for me as I assume my meds will become more and now having a child who might on the spectrum will have more meds coming in for my kids so I need to go somewhere where I can trust. Edited to add the pharmacist was extremely disrespectful. Hung up on me when I was trying to explain a situation of customer treatment. Stay away from them, they have new staff and don’t seem to care much.

The customer service was well organized as soon as I walked in. Vaccination process was fast and easy. I feel like they actually cared about my possible side effects and they advised me of things that would make it better. Very informative. This pharmacy made me feel comfortable taking the vaccine.

I was able to get the covid 19 vaccine here and I got both my doses here as well. It was great! All the staff is extremely nice and for both doses I had a pharmacist by the name of Sami. He was wonderful! He was very courteous and extremely informative on both doses, what they would do, and what I should do going forward with my days. Didn’t feel the shots, and I was out after 15 minutes. All in all great place to go if you need the vaccine.

This neighborhood pharmacy is great. I switched over to Central FL Pharmacy about a year ago and I'm very happy I did. The staff is always very nice and welcoming. The pharmacist always is able to take time and answer my questions. I love that it's walking distance from my home but that they also offer free courier service of my prescriptions---makes it incredibly easy to get refills. Also, if they don't have the medication I need, they go right ahead and order it. Highly recommend this pharmacy!

Excellent service and kind staff. This pharmacy is a hidden gem near downtown Orlando. I highly recommend it specially if you need personalized care. The prices are very good for those who do not have insurance.
