City Care Pharmacy

Although there was a recent complaint about City Care Pharmacy, since the day it opened its doors several years ago. we have had only positive experiences with its responsive, cordial, polite, helpful etc. staff! We're so happy and fortunate to have a community based, family owned pharmacy here after experiencing lots of issues dealing with corporate owned pharmacies.

I've been here several times to get vaccines, boosters, and other such stuff. They've always been right on top of things and very personable. My questions were promptly answered and they laugh at my lame jokes. What's not to like? I'll be back when I need to get shot again. :-)

Fast service. Shalini is remarkably knowledgeable, very helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Without a doubt the best pharmacy experience I have ever had, in San Jose, or elsewhere.

I was recommended this pharmacy by a large chain pharmacy when they stopped accepting my insurance company. They mentioned CVS would take it also but that this pharmacy is nicer... figured I'd check them out. Glad I did because not only were the employees very welcoming but my meds were ready within minutes! Very happy.

Shallini is very diligent and it's great to have a pharmacist who knows me personally. I always get my prescriptions quickly, too.
