Dr. Howard and his crew are highly knowledgeable and respectful! I have been dealing with quadriceps tendinosis for months when I decided to contact them to see if they could help me since the health center my health insurance covers didn’t help me in anyway! Dr. Howard recommended umbilical blood plasma injection, 2 rounds and 6 weeks apart. After the second round I started to really feel strong improvements and actually was able to start strengthening tendons and muscles with out much pain. It’s only getting better, I’m now able to do what I love again, running after my kids, Mountain Biking and playing drums! I highly recommend them.

The team at compass is incredible. They pay attention to all details from the start. Olivia is always very communicative about orders and scheduling and Mary is the best nurse I’ve ever had. She’s never, not once missed an IV needle and is always informing me on what is going on with my treatments and what other treatments might be beneficial. Most importantly, I trust everyone here is genuinely looking out for your health.

Dr. Howard’s office is incredible. The staff at Compass doesn’t just help you with your issue, they teach you how to live a healthier lifestyle to prevent other issues from occurring! Very satisfied with Compass and all they have helped me with.

Very disappointed at the integrity of fees for services. No treatment plan and cost was shared with me prior to automatically enrolling me in a monthly membership. No one told me the costs until i was at the cash register with other patients and staff ringing up more than i was told it would be. No one mentioned it would be for a year. But when i said no way they said i already agreed to their cancellation policy. How can make i formed decisions when no one presents me with options and explains how $200 per mont for 12 months will help me? I had already paid $1200 for 1 blood draw and 1 consultation with the doctor. Yet it was expected I pay just to cancel something I never agreed to. I did not insist the doctor do what I wanted, or tell him how to help me, but I was told to pay or I would owe additional 3-6 mos membership just to cancel. If I don't want your services I should NOT be bound to pay for it ever. It’s called a choice. How can a concierge doctor not respect patients enough to lay out a treatment plan and get an agreement to work together? You should rethink this high pressure tactic and discuss with patients the reality of what your fees are and what services merit these fees! I did not request that you give me a prescription for 4 mos, you chose to do that and then stated you are legally bound to be my doctor for min of 4 months because of the prescriptions written. Nope not a thing and all or a vitamin and $20 a month script?. Shame on you!
