Crown Colony Pharmacy

Crown Colony Pharmacy, Quincy, MA puts every commercial pharmacy I've ever dealt with to shame, except for the former Oldens Pharmacy, S. Weymouth, Ma, which was another excellent pharmacy. The people at Crown Colony have always treated me with kind, helpful and respectful personal service. Their perscription service is unmatched! Every medication I require they always have, and if on occasion they don't have it, they order and have it within a day or two. I can't say enough good about Crown Colony Pharmacy, and I am extremely grateful for their excellent service!

This is the best pharmacy ever. Not only do they always have what I need in stock but they will help you to figure out ways to save on prescriptions. They really go above and beyond and put the customer first. Every time I call with questions they answer them and aren’t rushing to get me off the phone like other places I’ve dealt with. I am so happy to have found them and will never go back to the big chain pharmacies. I have recently moved out of Quincy but will still travel to pick up my prescriptions here because no other place compares, my only complaint is I didn’t switch to them sooner!

These people treat me like a human. I hope whoever pays them treats them equally well. Their app is quite buggy and they need a web update. However I will take that over CVS and Walgreens who put all their money into maintaining a sleek veneer while treating their practitioners like mules and their patients like cattle. Their delivery service is invaluable for wheelchair users who don’t have their own van and don’t wanna take a 3-4 hour trip on the RIDE just to go 3mi (if they show up).

Fast, friendly, great prices, and outstanding staff. Their location has lots of handicapped parking and the pharmacy is easily accessed on the first floor. The staff is always quick to take care of you and does so with a smile. Even though they look small, they flex on their chain store counterparts with better prices and a neighborhood pharmacy atmosphere that makes going there a friendly and productive experience. I’ve been going there for years and have never once had a bad experience, and always leave with a smile on my face and what I needed in my bag! Can’t find a better pharmacy for all your needs!

Have been a customer for years. They are the best small family business to deal with. It is the kind of place where the owner greets you by name. If you want to be more than a number? This is the pharmacy to do business with. The best!!!!
