I’m writing this review a couple of hours after my encounter with the owner because it took some time to calm down after he threatened to call the police on my husband. We arrived at the store around 5:20 p.m., well before their posted closing time of 6:00 p.m. (which is listed both online and on the door). Despite that, no one came to the door. We called and rang the doorbell multiple times, only to be ignored. Eventually, the owner yelled something about being closed. Unfortunately, this isn’t my first disappointing experience here. On a previous visit, the store opened 10–15 minutes late, but I decided to let it go because things happen. I extended grace then but after today, no longer. What makes this situation worse is that we weren’t just there for a routine purchase: we were there to pick up necessary medicine that we had already discussed and arranged payment for in advance. To be treated this way, especially under those circumstances, is unacceptable. If you run a business, especially one that provides medication, basic customer service, professionalism, and reliability are not optional. Learn how to treat customers or don’t run a business at all. ---- Edited after the owner's response. 1. What you may not have realized is that I was there. I rang the door bell a couple times myself. We both called several times, and no one answered. This makes your automated voicemail message all the more ironic. We have our call logs. 2. An emergency spill absolutely sounds like a valid reason to close early. But I’ve also seen plenty of businesses handle such situations responsibly by posting a handwritten sign to inform customers. Choosing not to open the door or communicate sends the clear impression that we were being ignored; especially considering that my husband had already been asked to prepay for the compounded medicine earlier that day over the phone. The core issue here is communication. 3. Finally, threatening to call the police on a customer especially in a non-threatening situation is deeply concerning and entirely inappropriate. Weaponizing law enforcement over a customer service issue is unacceptable.

I am not sure how this place has stayed in business. I had my first encounter with the owner on a phone call. He was rude and had a terrible attitude. My prescription was called in a week ago. He stated that my Dr. lied to me because he doesn't send liquid prescriptions by mail. He then said he would not make the prescription without an over the phone payment. I will take my business elsewhere. Update: My Dr. was able to send my prescription to another pharmacy. I was not asked to give my credit card information over the phone. I was sent to a secure website. The new pharmacy also delivers liquids. And the icing on the cake, the prescription was $40 less. People take your business elsewhere. The rude, unprofessional owner did me a favor.
Had my prescription sent to David’s pharmacy on 9/5/25. I called on 9/9 asking if it was ready for pickup, and the owner hadn’t ordered it yet, but said it should be ready on 9/12. I called that day and he still never ordered it because he confused me for someone else not wanting to have their meds picked up there and was rude about the entire ordeal. Go somewhere for your pharmaceutical needs. Edit in response: this guy is a liar and he’s trying to cover up for his own mistake.
I gave a five-star review to the pharmacist because they were extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions clearly. I also appreciated their friendly and professional attitude, which made the experience very positive.
