I recently began seeing Dr. Shaun Jackson, a Pain Management specialist, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Coincidentally, he trained with the Houston specialist who treated me multiple times each year since 2018 for spine pain related to kyphosis and scoliosis, including care following my full spine reconstruction in 2022. Naturally, I was anxious about transitioning to a new provider following my move to San Antonio and even considered traveling to Houston for treatment. However, Dr. Jackson’s impressive training, credentials, and approachable demeanor quickly put me at ease. He communicates openly and thoroughly, answering all questions and explaining every step of the process. My first procedure with Dr. Jackson was as successful as any I’ve ever had. I chose conscious sedation, which had a modest out-of-pocket fee, but it was highly effective and made the experience comfortable and stress-free. Dr. Jackson’s office runs efficiently, with minimal wait times for consultations and in-office procedures. His entire staff is exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. Special thanks to Shae, who makes check-in effortless; Michelle, the Medical Assistant, Jen, the Registered Nurse, and Ronda, all of whom ensured I felt comfortable and informed throughout the procedure. I also want to acknowledge Misty for her precise imaging, which allowed Dr. Jackson to have perfect visualization of the treatment area. Because I will require multiple procedures to manage my spine pain, I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a skilled specialist. Dr. Jackson’s expertise, combined with his pleasant and reassuring manner, truly enhances the overall experience. I wholeheartedly recommend him and his team.

All the staff is so nice and kind. Starting with Ms Shane at the front office she is simply outstanding and friendly. Nurse Jenn S. She, is a 💯% angel! She has a healing touch. Nurse Lisa, always making sure I am feeling well enough after the procedures, is Angel #2 . Nurses Michelle and Ronda, complete the team also certified and qualified angels. I have been a patient of Dr Jackson's for over 10+ years. He is very professional, explains things so you can understand. He listens to what your saying than determines what is the best treatment. I absolutely have a great amount of respect for him and trust him as a doctor completely.

I’ve had sciatic pain for YEARS. I’ve seen other pain specialists, orthopedic, chiropractors…. Nothing made any difference. Dr Jackson really listens and hears what you tell him. For the first time, I had a nerve test to find out what nerve was the problem so it could be correctly treated….and it was! I can now take longer car trips, something I haven’t been able to do unless I sat on ice. Thank you Dr Jackson!!
