Wow! The lymphpresso feels incredible!!! A massuese has no way of duplicating what their lymphpresso machine does and the ladies that work there are incredible, especially Janae and Nadia!!!

I purchased multiple sessions for my partner to support her healing after surgery. Unfortunately, multiple appointments were canceled without any notice or communication. Despite the importance of this treatment and our coordination to book ahead of time, no effort was made to correct the issue. There are other providers in Tucson who are more reliable - even if they take longer to book, at least they don’t schedule sessions they can’t honor. Because we committed to this practice, it’s now too late to seek alternatives. We never expected last-minute cancellations for something so important. This was incredibly disappointing and unacceptable.

This place does not seem to be able to schedule appointments correctly. I called on Monday twice to get booked and they put me in for Tuesday and Friday. Having these time slots was important because I had surgery on Wednesday and the only reason I wanted to do HBOT is so I could make it part of my recovery. I also know with HBOT treatments that you have to be consistent to actually feel the benefits. When I arrived on Tuesday, they said I was not scheduled despite telling me I was, but let me go through anyway. On Thursday night after my surgery I noticed on the patient portal that I had no existing up coming appointments on the patient portal. I called as soon as they opened on Friday and was told they had nothing for me scheduled and nothing for next week either. In addition, I found the intake forms intrusive - they took forever to complete and there were many questions on there that have absolutely nothing to do with what is required to be known to undergo HBOT treatment. I feel very disappointed that going this long between treatments will set back my recovery journey and I have already pre-paid for 8 sessions as I brought a Groupon package. If the appointments are not available to be able to do a consistent treatment plan, then perhaps consider not over selling them.

My wife, daughter and myself have been seeing Maria for a few months. She’s been great to us all. She makes sure all your questions are answered. I love that she’s never in a hurry to get you out of her office as has been our experience elsewhere. I would recommend writing any questions you may have down before your appointment. I know she’ll love answering them for you. I would highly recommend giving these folks a try. The front office girls are also friendly, professional and they make you feel welcome.
