I used to be very pleased with this pharmacy but it's gone downhill. I've been using this pharmacy for at least 5 years. I have 3 pet prescriptions that I fill monthly. While refills used to take 24-48 hours, lately they regularly take up to a week and are only ready after i call them to check on it. Sometimes when I call I only get a busy signal. A couple months ago I went to pick up a prescription. I waited 6 minutes (I timed it) while 5 different employees walked by me with zero acknowledgement. The young female pharmacist was in the same room as me, typing on her computer the whole time without ever looking up. Another employee answered the phone in front of me without looking at me. 3 others walked over from the other side and back. None of those 5 people ever said, "we'll be right with you." It's like I was invisible. Also, the applicator for the transdermal gel has also seemed really inconsistent lately - it dispenses a far smaller amount the first half of the tube than the second half. Honestly, if it continues to take so long for refills, I'll probably switch back to Mixtures. It's incredibly inconvenient to wait that long for a refill and means I've missed doses of my pet meds because I have a job and they often send the message it's ready like 15 minutes before they close.

Pleasant enough but slow to fill the script and not really on top of the refills. Called 24 hours later to check on status of refill request left on VM. They still didn't know when it would be ready. I had just spoke to the pharmacist last week about why they don't dispense the full 90 days. Good customer service would have been to ask if I wanted to request a refill. I mistakenly thought they would auto refill for the next 30 days and notify its ready. Sorry guys, I'd like to better by you in a review.

Big rip-off!!! Done with this place! Our cat was getting a liquid compound for $39. It was barely lasting a month. Called the vet to up the amount so we didn't have to drive every 4 weeks, since we don't live very close. We went in last night to pick up 3x the amount. Of course we expected it to be a lot more money. It turned out to be $40. ONE DOLLAR MORE THAN ONE THIRD THE AMOUNT! When asked why she said we have a minimum compounding charge. Were we ever told that??? Heck NO! If we would have asked our vet, she would have upped the amount in the beginning. Elements does NOT want you to know this. Don't get ripped off by this place, especially if you are getting refills monthly. We just looked and found a compounding pharmacy closer to our house. Even if it's a little more money, we'll save on gas and time. Do your research! Sorry it took us over 6 months to find this out. I'm sure we lost over $120.00.

The ease of their system is hassle free and fantastic. The individuals that work there are phenomenal and always willing and eager to help or answer questions. Most recently I was confused about pricing and Anicia was very patient and repeated herself many times until I finally understood. I appreciated the care and patience she had in helping me. Truly a great experience and very costumer friendly and thoughtful.

Everyone at Elements is fantastic! We have been here twice now for our sick kitty and they have been extremely helpful. I wish I could leave more than a 5 star review! Would highly recommend!
