This was my first time visiting this immediate care clinic and I was referred here by my boyfriend who always raves about how amazing this place is and he was right I went in feeling really under the weather and Dr. Muna Odeh was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, attentive, and made sure I understood everything about my care. Even though there’s only one doctor and it took a little bit of time it was completely worth it. The nurse and front desk staff were also super friendly and helpful making the whole experience smooth and welcoming One of the best parts is that you can get your medication right there in the office. I only waited about five minutes for my prescription so much better than going to a pharmacy and waiting hours like you do elsewhere. The pharmacist was also amazing and explained everything clearly Being able to walk in, get checked out, and walk out with all the medication I needed in one visit made this a true one-stop shop. Highly recommend Dr. Muna Odeh and the entire team.

Everyone there is wonderful! Muna is such a sweet, attentive doctor and effortless to talk to. Pharmacy is in the waiting room! So efficient!

Been getting my prescription renewed here every month for a year and they never have it in stock, are not helpful when trying to figure out when I can get it filled and often take 20-30 minutes to answer anything when going there in person. Went to my appointment to get my prescription renewed and the doctor said ethos should have the medication in stock, asked the pharmacist and they told me to wait and after sitting in the lobby for 25 minutes then told me that it was out of stock and asked if there was another pharmacy I wanted it sent to. There is no reason they couldn’t have given me that answer immediately other than they don’t care much about our customer service and making someone wait around. Recommend just going to another pharmacy.
