Erica has helped me so much in my journey for health and longevity of life! I was overweight, out of energy and lost on why I couldn’t lose weight with diet and exercise. I found her as a referral on a random Facebook post looking for a woman DR who would listen. She does actually take the time to listen! She heard my struggles and then made sure I understood what was going on with my body when we made a plan to better my health. I’ve had such positive results and I am thankful to have found her, I’m only 6 months in and I can’t wait to see what a year will bring. She helped me with my diet and told me what exercises to focus on and got me on a great regimen of supplements. Her panel testing is amazing and far from the minimal amount you get from a physical from your PCP. HRT has been life changing and I am forever grateful for her!!! I feel better than I’ve felt in years

Working with Erica gave me the ability to get back to myself. I’ve spent the last 4 years struggling with moodiness, stress + weight gain. I was thrown different medications to solve the “problem” with my OB and primary care physician which didn’t end up helping. Erica was able to combine personal conversation to understand me and couple that with bloodwork to evaluate the root cause of issues I was facing. The combined plan of supplements, medication, diet and exercise has really improved my overall wellbeing and I’m very thankful for this plan to carry forward as I continue on my wellness journey.

I've been going to Erica to manage my Hashimoto's disease and some PCOS type symptoms and I can't say enough good things! We are actually treating the root cause instead of just managing symptoms or "waiting for my thyroid to die" like what I would have done with traditional treatment from an endocrinologist. She also recognizes that what is technically normal is not always optimal. That way she took my symptoms into account and not just what my labs said, because I could tell that I was feeling off. Now I'm feeling much better and thriving! Highly recommend!
