First Choice Pharmacy

When I moved to lake underhill I was happy to see a local pharmacy near me. When i called to find out when i can pick up my medications, i had to wait for the pharmacist to come to the phone to tell me unfortunatel they couldn't fill a medication, narcotic, I thought that's fine. I know there are issues with this and picked up the rest. Next month I come i. Again, had to wait for the pharmacist to come tell me they could no longer fill another medication ( non narcotic) at this point I told them to cancel all my medication as its would be easier to pick up all at one pharmacy. I haven't been able to get my diabetic medication because apparently they didnt cancel my meds and its been sitting there for MONTHS I decided not to call them as I dont have the patience to waste my time. If you have many medications , I'd avoid this place. You dont want to have to wait to find out you cannot receive your medications.

Best pharmacy in central Florida, I would recommend anyone to go here. Bruce, the owner takes his time to know you. Also to help with all your questions about all your needs. His staff is also the best around and very kind and caring. By far the best!

I used to love this pharmacy when owner was hands on and I could speak directly with him. Now they have grown too much and lack the personal touch they that used to give us. I used to feel like a valuable and appreciated customer but now they are just rude, argumentative, and totally incompetent. They mail my Mothers insulin through the regular mail and it arrives very hot and when I bring it to their attention they just argue with me and will not allow me to speak with the owner and they continue to mail it to us the exact same way and it arrives just as hot if not hotter than before and if I request that it be delivered in person they ask me to pay $10 for delivery when the owner told me that delivery would be free of charge. (They send the insulin in a USPS priority mail box with one little ice pack for lunch box and it and the insulin feels very hot like it has been sitting directly in sunlight all day long!) They make me feel like I am the one being difficult, dramatic, and like I am asking too much for insulin that is not exposed to extreme heat or sunlight! As a result of this, I feel that they only care about the money and not their customers health and well being. I consulted our Doctor to make sure that I was not being overly cautious or dramatic and the Doctor stated that insulin should not be mailed to us and allowed to get hot and I brought this to the Pharmacists attention and she just argues with me again and states that if I want it delivered to us that their is a $10 fee in spite of what the Pharmacy owner told us. It takes 7 days to receive my prescriptions. They will only deliver to us if they make a mistake and mail us the wrong prescriptions. When they make a mistake they do not apologize but expect me to help them and do them favors. (I should not be expected to help them cover up or correct their mistakes!) The owner tells us one thing and his staff just does what they want and we are not receiving the service that we came to expect and was promised by the Pharmacy Owner. For all of these reasons I will be switching to a different pharmacy the next time my Mother or I need medications filled.

Learned about this place through vaccinefinder.org. I got my vaccine here and it was an awesome experience. The staff answered the phone and were super friendly when I called with a question before I made my appointment. When I arrived, I had a few more questions and the pharmacist answered my questions clearly and patiently. There was no wait before my shot, I got in right as I arrived for my appointment. The required 15 min wait afterwards was comfortable. They offered water and checked on me several times. I'm a complete baby when it comes to shots but they made me vary comfortable and it wasn't painful at all. So grateful to have this wonderful locally owned pharmacy in our town!

They have the most amazing staff! I will never use any other pharmacy! They have helped me in more ways than any other pharmacy would ever. They go above and beyond and are just really amazing and caring people who make you feel so welcome and make you feel like family! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!
