This is my favorite pharmacy in the area. I’ve been on medication for over a decade and have never had issues here! Staff, in my experience, is always kind and efficient. Takes about 2-3 days to refill, where other pharmacies nearby can take up to a week and provide inaccurate refill notifications. Freddie’s is always accurate and on time. Plus they contact me a few days before my prescription runs out to help remind me, which has definitely saved me on multiple occasions. Sometimes it can be busy, but it just depends when you go. I would say most days of the week are pretty chill. Weekends midday can get busy though. I unfortunately do not remember her name, but there is a woman working there, she is short with long grey hair, wears glasses. Just wanted to shout her out, she’s been at this location FOREVER and is great at her job.

Every time I go here, staff seems miserable and they complain to customers about being short staffed and are not at all friendly. I had scheduled vaccine appointments for today. We got checked in and after sitting there for an hour with no updates, I asked for an update which was met with a rude response about being short staffed with no update to how much longer we would be waiting. So we ended up leaving. Also I had a prescription sent in by my doctor two days ago. I was never given an update and it was just never filled. After multiple phone calls I got someone on the phone that said it was out of stock and they had to order it. It would have been nice to have some communication about that. I am transferring away from this pharmacy and taking my business elsewhere. Do not recommend.

Not bad. Usually a short line. And if you need something quicker, just call and ask. They can usually fit you in. I did have a problem a couple years where 4 of my controlled meds were missing. I'm pretty sure who is was, but cameras didn't catch it.

My dr called in my Rx to refill with a directive stating no generic med swap due to an allergy. Went to pick up. They refilled the generic! Said they didn’t have it but another Freddys did. Had to wait another 4 days. Drive over there and got 1/3 of my doses. Ordered again and had to drive back. Next time for a refill I opt to walk in person to say hey I can’t have the generic, so I am here in person to make sure it’s ordered without issue and went well in weeks ahead so they may order it. She assured me all good. Well not so much. They STILL refilled the generic I Am ALLERGIC TO . Not only that the clerk was caustic, smug and didn’t apologize at all. How do they keep refilling a flagged allergy inducing drug????? This dangerous!! And obnoxious to be without meds for days- weeks due their incompetence

I rarely ever leave reviews, but this is probably the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had the misfortune of trying to use in the last 10 years. They want to hide behind the excuse of being short-staffed, but EVERY pharmacy is short-staffed and yet I have never had problems with such poor communication, discrimination, the techs not being properly trained on how to bill insurance, & they seem to want to cut corners & have the patients do the pharmacist & techs jobs for them. If you have a medication that is due on a certain day, unless you call & be the squeaky wheel for your medication to be filled- they won’t fill it. Even my doctor is fed up with them & have told me that they’re a nightmare to work with & that the pharmacy staff don’t communicate; even when they have ample time. I knew my medication was due to be filled today. I called yesterday & spoke to a woman on the phone who said I’ll be able to pick up my meds today. I asked “are you sure?” Because there always seems to be some sort of an issue. She told me she was sure & asked what time I’d be picking up the meds & I said around 11 AM. By 3PM I hadn’t gotten a text saying my meds were ready, so I called. Today whoever I spoke to said I couldn’t pick it up today, which then changed to that I could pick it up, but they were swamped, & when I said that’s why I called 24 hours before to make sure my RX could be picked up in the beginning of the day was to avoid the any of these problems & she was extremely rude and full of excuses. This will be the last time i pick up a medication from theme.
