If you value your health or your life, I recommend NOT using this Pharmacy. I received a refill of my regular prescription, that had been managing my symptoms well on for nearly a year. The recent refill had a label on the bottle indicating that the change in appearance could be ignored and that it was simply a result of a change in manufacturers. The pills that were given to me had no markings of any kind on them. After about a week I noticed that the medication was no longer effective in treating my symptoms. The pharmacy and its employees are apparently protected from criminal liability under "ARS 13-3461. Placebos; exemption from coverage." However I don't recall consenting to any trail or research studies, they are insisting I signed a document providing informed consent. This is unethical human experimentation as far as I am concerned.

Everytime I go to the Lakeside location, the different technicians initiate the highly satisfied option before giving me the pad. Most of the time I am very satisfied with the service, my only issue is the assumption and not giving me the option to write my own comments. I think this is very presumptuous and unprofessional.

I had Genoa for my pharmacy needs when I was with COPE Community Services. They are a great company & they hire some absolutely great people!

They are getting all my business! When you call they answer. Can you imagine that, an actual human answers!! Quick service too.

Been coming here since they opened up! Friendly staff and very professional in every aspect!
