Harbor Compounding Pharmacy

My Rheumatologist uses this pharmacy to fill my medication. The pharmacists and staff are lovely! They communicate swiftly and make sure everything ships out as soon as possible. They also make sure all of my allergies are taken seriously. Love them!

Downgrading my original review. Back in Sept 2024, I went in to drop off a prescription. Came back later to pick up. They have my CC on file & automatically charge my $1 co-pay. This time, when I got to my car I saw they charged me $126.00. I went back in & questioned them. They tried to call, but I never received the call. Discovered later that somebody had marked the # as spam in the TruCaller app, so the call was treated like spam & sent straight to voicemail with no indication that there was a call. NO vm message was left by the caller. I complained that it was wrong to just charge my card & not say anything! The person I talked to said the Dr left a number off the prescription, so my insurance wouldn't pay for it. She said she had a call in to the Dr office & would get the # & resubmit. Unfortunately, I assumed she would take care of it or AT LEAST CALL ME BACK, but neither of those things happened. Now, it's too late to submit it to my insurance for reimbursement, so I'm now out $125.00. Yes, I should have followed through, but the whole thing never should have happened to begin with. I wonder how many other people they've done this to..... 🤔 BEWARE if using this company.

They have been great to work with. They are great with orders and follow up. They are well organized and off great customer service and more in depth help and info from knowledgeable pharmacists when needed. They often will call to speak with my doctor to discuss options and gain more insight.

The customer service here is exceptional. They have a very knowledgable team that really cares about customers. Very glad I found them!
