Ive been with Hormone logics for a couple of years now since moving to the states. My practitioner is Brittany and she is lovely! She has been very informative and helpful throughout my journey of hormone healing. Very knowledgeable and I trust her judgement. Working with Joanna Dara and the crew at Hormone Logics is hands-down one of the best decisions I have ever made when it comes to improving and optimizing my health! I became a client in June of 2024, and Joanna has taught me SO much more in the last 1.5yrs about hormones, nutrition, recovery, and overall health than I ever learned in 4yrs of nursing school. Joanna pays attention to the smallest of details, because those details make all the difference. You can absolutely tell she cares deeply about her clients, as there are no cookie-cutter treatment plans. Every client is treated as an individual with unique issues, each of which require a very specific treatment protocol. Started with Eric in May 2025 - was around 37% bodyfat and 250lbs (at 5'9"). It is now September 2025 and I am down to 198lbs and 18% bodyfat. Eric and the team at Hormone Logics were with me every step of the way and continue to be supportive and informative giving me regular check-ins, bloodwork, and wellness checks. You will find plenty of places out there that will just give you a prescription and send you on your way. I will tell you my first hand experience has been feeling that my overall health was the most important thing to Eric and HL and giving me the advice and medical assistance needed to achieve my goals. Nothing is pushed or pressured onto you to do more or less of anything - it is entirely up to you here and if you aren't comfortable with something nothing is forced upon you to try it and just trust them that its ok.
