Dr. Douglas is a gem in the naturopathic and holistic health field. She truly took the time to listen, understand my concerns and look at my health as a whole not just my symptoms. Dr. Douglas is the definition of what a doctor should be. I will never forget my first appointment where we sat down for an hour and went over all of my history. She truly listens and cares and is always engaged if there is something you would like to share about your health. She takes EVERYTHING into consideration and that is exactly what I was looking for. I normally hate going to appointments but when I see she is on my calendar I get excited to truly uncover ways I can improve my health and wellness. Dr. D has been very helpful in helping me understand hormone fluctuations that I have been experiencing for years. She takes a functional approach while looking at bloodwork and other homeopathic methods of evaluation. I appreciate her balanced approach.
