Cheryl is the BEST. She is a visionary and pioneer at her work. I was so relieved to find an affordable colonic place when I moved to Philadelphia. I don’t want a spa experience. I want a hygienic clean place with good efficient equipment and I don’t want to pay spa price as a single mom with three kids. The cleanliness is surgical. This was my very first visit ever and I have to say, I’ll NEVER return to this location. The front desk guy made me extremely uncomfortable after the fact. You could tell he didn’t really wanna be doing the job but damn. A client walked in, while there were 3 rooms filled with colonic clients, and I had finished up my colonic about 5 mins prior. She proceeds to say “it stink in here” The heavy set African American guy goes “because she (referring to me) just finished” She stated “but it never stink in here” The employee then proceeded to say “maybe because it’s her first time.” 🚨 AS IF I WASNT SITTING RIGHT THERE!! ABSOLUTELY NOT no no no this is not how you run a legit business and I hate that I had to experience being humiliated like this my first visit. Why was he so comfortable putting out my information like that? I should sue for the simple fact that it was none of her business! Is it not confidential? Moral of the story is, you cannot trust others with your business! It’s as simple as that. People don’t care about your business or how it’s ran the way you DO!!!! The owner should be there for all new clients to avoid incidents such as this This was my first experience and the procedure went OK actually, I will be getting it again today just NOT with this location or company. Try Ardmore im a firm believer the business in that area would never let something come out their mouth like that to a client. I don’t understand?

For my first here they make me feel welcome and comfortable. The front desk was nice and polite. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family they make you feel like you are a Family there. The place was clean neat, The staff was respectful.

This was my first time going and I must say it was the best first experience I could have asked for the guy their was super nice and explained everything step by step and made sure I understood what to do and felt comfortable before leaving me. I will definitely be back. I was referred by my cousin and I’m so grateful for her.
