Dr Pabla and Dr Amich are the best! I couldn’t get any answers from my primary care doctors why I wasn’t feeling well and was honestly ignored. I went in and Dr Pabla spent over an hour asking me questions and coming up with a plan. He has been there for me every step of the way and finally gave me answers!! I feel so much better. Bonus, Dr Amich makes the blood draw process for someone who has difficult veins, easy and painless. Best care, best team and they truly care about you!

To start, I have been seeing Dr. Pabla for a few years now which I have had great care and received helpful information regarding my health. However, during my last visit when I was checking out to pay (which is out of pocket for me) I used my FSA card. It was declined. I asked the receptionist to try using it for just the supplements I purchased, it was declined again. I would have appreciated a hey, if it declines again you will get charged a fee which is 35$. I feel if this is your profession and you deal with this every day you should advocate to others if this is your area of expertise. I understand there is a sign up however I did not see the sign nor would I think to look for this. When I left the office I called to check my balance on my card and there was indeed enough to cover my bill. I called to speak to the office manager about this and when I explained the situation there was no solution except for me to pay the 70$ for 2 failed payments. I believe we are both at fault for this but the office staff took none. My frustration is really due to the fact I did have the funds available on my FSA card so, was there an error made on the office staffs side? I pay so much money out of pocket I would have appreciated some responsibility be taken by the office staff as well. However there was none. And for this reason alone I will not be returning to this practice.

Dr. Pabla and Dr. Amich are both amazing! I am already anxious surrounding medical appointments in general, but the level of care and comfort both providers AND the staff provide is truly unmatched! I had the mindset with all previous providers that I was just a number and didn’t even fully realize that until switching to this practice. They have both spent TIME with me. Who can say that about their doctor? Never once have I felt rushed out or that they were too busy. I cannot express my gratitude enough for them both, and truly could not imagine going back to a corporate style health network!

After 2 years of care with Dr. PABLA and Dr. Amish, I am very pleased with their treatment of my Type 2 diabetes and other issues. Excellent staff as well.

I could not recommend this place enough! Dr. Amich is so kind, understanding, and knowledgeable! He explains things so that the patient understands. The nurses are so friendly and supportive. My only complaint is that I didn’t find this office sooner! Highly recommend!
