You'd have to be crazy to go to the big chains when you can have the kind of personalized service you get at Kaitlyn's. As soon as you walk in the front door you are recognized by the whole staff and are taken care of like family. I have Caremark insurance for prescriptions and they keep trying to force me to use CVS but that will never happen. We've been customers for 15 years now and to all the negative reviewers, I think the problem must be with you.

Quick and efficient. They speak Vietnamese, so it is easy for my mother to understand. She likes them and has been going to them for many years.

BEST Pharmacy you could ever go to!!! I have been going there for almost 2 years now and great people, prices, and speed! This is the kind of place you want to go back to weather you need medicine or not. They are always very friendly and VERY fast. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to get anything filled..... even when I did not call ahead (which I always forget to call ahead). Never the less they are always happy to help. Seriously people stop going to the chain pharmacies and go to Kaitlyn's you will not be disappointed. I will go to them for as long as I live in the charlotte area even if I have to go out of my way.
