Keefer's Pharmacy

Very displeased with the customer service. The woman ran my card 4 times and must have called me ma'am 50 times. I shouldn't have to be concerned that I'm quadruple charged when I've entered my pin number repeatedly. The prescriptions here are double the cost of my last pharmacy. I'll never get keefered again!

This review was long overdue. Nearly one year ago I contacted this pharmacy in search of a liquid medicine my mother needed while in hospice. The pharmacist Beau was able to compound a liquid version of what I was looking for and hand delivered it to the assisted living facility my mother was at. Every other pharmacy made no attempt to find or expedite delivery of this drug even given the circumstances. My mother passed a few days later. Keefer earned my trust and respect.

This is the best pharmacy in the NW suburbs hands down. In an emergency situation, I needed a compounded medication before the weekend and called them at 4:45pm on a Friday. I called this place and the pharmacist himself answered the phone without any "press 1, press 2" BS. Instead of the usual "its too late" excuses you would expect from a big-box retail corporate pharmacy, the pharmacist was able to compound the medication and get it to us before he closed at 6pm. Seriously impressed and loyal to this place from now on. Thank you Keefers, 5/5 stars.
