Living Well Dallas

I have had over 4 appointments with this office, all of which i had been on time for. My most recent appointment was set to a duration of 90min, which I did not notice because all previous appointments were 60min. As soon as I joined i expressed i could only do 60min as i was taking this apt virtually while at my work. 30 minutes into the appointment fire alarms start going off at my office, so i was unable to complete the rest of my visit, my provider could hear the alarms going off, i couldn’t find a quiet place to finish the apt. I expressed the need to reschedule but i was still charged a total of $350 (which is over an hour all because i hopped back on to the virtual appointment to let her know i did not have time to finish the appointment today). She also insinuated i did not respect her time or care to be present for the appointment. It felt condescending. I was clearly flustered by the unprompted fire alarms and instead of giving me grace and allowing any flexibility i was charged for 70min when i only was on the appointment for ~30 minutes. I understand the need to make money but you should value repeat customers and give grace when situations they cant control happen. I will not be returning as I feel they do not care about the customer, its just about money. Just like traditional western dr offices. I feel defeated and disappointed by how i was treated in this situation. And slightly scammed to be honest. Wont be visiting again. And if she’s going to be that nitpicky about the amount of minutes she bills to the patient, she should remove the four minutes that she was late to the appointment.

Living Well and Betty are fantastic to work with. Very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I’ve been seeing Betty for 3 years now. Two years by zoom and this year I was able to drive to Dallas to see her in person. It was a great visit/appointment.My bone health has improved significantly with her expertise and guidance. Her knowledge of supplements, diet, testing, and Exercise for bone health is top notch. She is my first ever Functional Care doctor and I am soooo glad I found her! Her staff, especially Ty, is also the best. Very supportive, helpful and easy to work with. Thank you to all of you!!!

This facility and staff are both amazing. Lauryn Pitts has been wonderful to work with and she’s helped me truly change my life. She is so knowledgeable and helps me understand my body. The communication with the office is also super easy to do through their portal. Overall, this office is full of support and you feel it as soon as you walk in. Highly recommend!

I couldn't be more pleased with the care I have received at Living Well. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have been seeing Andrew for about 8 months and he's the first person to take the time to really listen. He's very thorough, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients. I'm so glad I found them! Highly recommend! You will be in the best hands.

What a great experience! My first time with functional medicine and Andrew is incredible! He's a great listener, asks great questions and is very thorough in looking at all the information that comes back from the blood work to come up with a good plan of action. He has been very considerate of my dietary preference (carnivore) and I greatly appreciate that as well. If you've been on the fence about trying functional medicine, I would encourage you to start here because these folks do it well and they are very professional. Harriet and the other ladies in the office have also been great to work with and are so accommodating with all the questions I had prior to my initial appointment.
