Lloyd's Pharmacy

I called this pharmacy to ask whether a medication is covered by insurance. The person who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. She did not listen, interrupted me, and did not give me a chance to explain my question. This was a very disappointing experience and not the level of customer service I expected.

Regardless of whether you request a medication refill via this pharmacy's web portal or their phone system, don't expect your request to EVER result in your medication actually being refilled and reaching you. This pharmacy is a mom-and-pop operation, and well-meaning, but boy howdy is it ever a hot steaming mess of disappearing orders. You could grow old and drop into the grave before you ever get a single tablet of whatever drug is vital to your life. I really REALLY wanted to love Lloyd's Pharmacy, but sadly....nope. All I feel is profound annoyance, aggravation and disappointment.

What a great pharmacy. A true bright spot in the pharmaceutical industry and a shining example of how a quality pharmacy should be run. They always answer the phone, they're never too busy for questions, and they get my compounded medication ready extremely quickly and always on the same day as it's prescribed. Their delivery service is convenient and polite, and the store even smells welcoming. It's a pleasure watching them succeed.

I’m so incredibly sad. I’ve been going to Lloyd’s since I was a child, but when went to pick my medications, they said they didn’t accept my insurance anymore because of changes they were making. I’m on multiple medications that make me super sick when I don’t take them. So now, I’m sitting here sick as hell, waiting for my stuff to go to Walgreens. I’m really disappointed and I obviously won’t be returning because I can’t, even if I wanted to. You guys literally are cutting off a bunch of your customer base.

We have used Lloyd's pharmacy for over 40years and the staff and service have always been amazing. Thankyou Lloyd's for all the wonderful years ❤️ GOD BLESS YOU ALL 🙏🏻
