I have been using the Sauna for about 3 months and the Lazer for 2 sessions. I have found a tremendous relief and comfort in using the sauna light colors for my problem pain areas. It is very relaxing and soothing on the muscles and pains plus the heat just relaxes your entire body. The Lazer session I are nice n warm penetrating to your pain and relaxing whatever tension in the muscles and nerves are causing the discomfort feel better. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Highly recommend the infrared sauna! Before my first session I was riddled with anxiety and stress. The moment stepping out of the room, I felt a waterfall of relaxation. The glowstick of a spine I had before, was now no longer snap, crackle, popping. The effects lasted beyond my expectation. I anticipate my next session :-)
