Nationwide Compounding Rx

**Update** the message and response below to this is even more upsetting . When I called, (Using the number lusted on your website) it would go straight to a girls voice message, saying “Nationwide Pharmacy” as if someone was ACTUALLY answering and then it would beep and you could leave a voicemail. After leaving a message, I continued to call hoping someone would answer. And for you to say, I didn’t give the pharmacist a chance to answer is a not true. It went straight to that voicemail message each time. As soon as I would hear that recorded SAME MESSAGE with girls voice saying “Nationwide Pharmacy” I would hang up and kept trying to call back hoping someone would answer. And when I called after 3:30 it went to a message stating you were closed. There was no option to speak to an after hours. It’s been over a month and after escalating to supervisors managers at Red Mountain weight loss and posting this review I finally got a callback from Red Mountain Tuesday stating they reached out to the pharmacy who was going to give me a call .. and then days later a pharmacist here left a voicemail for me today (a month after suffering severe side effects from your compounded medication). When I called back using the phone number from your Pharmacist, the Automated message does say press option 2 to speak to a pharmacist. Again, the number listed on your website is different. When I had told Red Mountain weight loss I could not get through to a pharmacist they told me You all don’t answer calls & I needed to speak with them. And then when I tried speaking to them, it was the biggest runaround going back-and-forth, getting nowhere. Horrible service and low-grade products on both sides. People need to be aware of the truth and the horrible side effects of compounded GLP-1 Tirzepatie, Vitamin B and RM3 which were all ineffective and caused severe health side effects. I will be doing a second review on that issue. You might want to think twice about doing business with Red Mountain weight loss. —————————— This Compounded Pharmacy does not have good customer service or actual Pharmacist to speak too!! I have been calling day after day several times a day, different hours of the day to ensure they are not just on lunch and it keeps going to this voicemail. Makes it sound like they are actually answering, but it’s just a voicemail. I have left messages and they have not returned my call. They don’t answer the phone at all. Any other Pharmacy I have ever had, they absolutely answer each call, especially important if someone is having a bad side effect, a Question about A medication, dose or strength question, directions for example. Yes, I can speak to my prescriber, but many times they refer me back to the pharmacy. I also have worked for a pharmacy in the past and I have never heard of any pharmacy not answering a call or not returning a message. We always made a point to follow state regulations and policies. The program I joined RED MOUNTAIN WEIGHT-LOSS says this on their website: “We partner with an exclusive pharmacy for its advanced commitment to the highest pharmacy standards.“ This is the opposite of The truth. They don’t even answer the phone! I thought I would try calling a little later since I’ve already tried morning, afternoon, all throughout the day… so I called at 4 PM and then I get a message this time stating they are closed, they close earlier than any pharmacy I’ve ever used or heard of …at 3:30 PM

Run. Run far far away from this pharmacy and go to a professional compounding pharmacy. After a series of messages from my doctor regarding a quantity associated with my prescription, the front desk and pharmacist made me feel like they were doing me a favor by fulfilling the prescription amount my doctor called in. All they were after was more money since they didn't fill the correct quantity to begin with. I've now been told they will not fill my prescriptions. No problem, there are plenty of other compounding pharmacies that fulfill the prescription the doctor calls in and don't knowingly fulfill the wrong amount to get after more money. Save yourself the horrid experience.

These guys are always so helpful. I've worked with the pharmacist Cameron several times. He's always very informative and trying to help me have the best care in the most practical and cost-efficient way. I now use them for my dental office and for personal use. I highly recommend!

First contacted Nationwide about one year ago when I was looking for a compounding pharmacy to combine three of my dog's prescriptions into one flavorful treat. The Nationwide pharmacist not only told me she could easily do it, she had it ready early the next morning! Now, I fill as many of my prescriptions as possible with them. Customer service is always above reproach and I have never had to wait for them to complete my order. Love it! The Nationwide staff are a credit to their company and industry!

I was referred here by my ENT doctor. They created a special nasal rinse for my sinusitis. So far it has been working great. The price was reasonable for my prescription and I would go here again for future compounding needs. Call for directions before you go, they are tucked back in from the front area of the building but worth finding!
