I've been contacting Abbott Laboratories regarding my mother's FreeStyle Libre 3 glucose monitor reimbursement check, because the app for the device did not work in my home country. For three months, I had to deal with frustrating circumstances where my calls were just being sent through a number of agents in a loop without any timely calls to Natomas Pharmacy for the approval and release of my refund. With the exceptional assistance of lead pharmacist Sukh Jhutty, the stressful follow-up has now ended, and the staff at Natomas Pharmacy has continuously gone above and above to help me get the reimbursement. My request for a refund was finally resolved because Mr. Jhutty himself called and spoke with a representative of the company to confirm the transaction. Last week, I finally received my reimbursement payment, and I am incredibly grateful to the entire staff for their assistance to customers like us. I urge everyone to check out this pharmacy!

Sukh is by far the best pharmacist I’ve ever met. He is so down to earth and kind. I had some horrible experiences at other pharmacies: medications getting “lost” after waiting for it for weeks, being asked a lot of questions about why I need a medication, being repeatedly called the wrong name, etc. I was desperate and didn’t have high hopes when I tried Natomas Pharmacy but have been stunned at the complete opposite experience I’ve had here. Sukh goes above and beyond. The service is fast even if I say there’s no rush. I try not to ever let this happen, but if I do run out of something he’s very generously rushed refills so I never have to go without my medication. I’m so sensitive to even missing a day of my meds and this really means so much to me. He’s also been amazing at remembering the right name to call me (not my legal name) and has been completely nonjudgmental about my HRT prescription. I don’t have anxiety about picking up my meds anymore. I never usually write reviews but Sukh and his pharmacy deserve the recognition and other people who’ve had bad experiences with large chains should give him a try.
