I’ve loved my experience with New Era from the start. The staff was incredibly helpful with selecting services that fit my needs and then when I had to get blood work, Avery was seamless, professional and fast. I’ve had my blood pulled twice and he made it a painless and enjoyable experience. Megan was so kind and thorough. Her overview of my bloodwork was the best I’ve ever had over the years. Far better than my OBGYN. She takes the time to answer any questions, select supplements that would help and keeps a tone that is non judgmental and a fully professional. Coming in for a full panel and hormone support can be nerve racking but every staff member from greeting to treating was amazing. I recommend them to everyone I speak to! I’m 30lb down and couldn’t be happier. I’ll only be booking them for my health and wellness support from here forward. Thank you guys, truly. I'm a long time patient of New Era and the staff has always been beyond reproach. Always helpful and always polite. On time appointments seem to mean something to this company which is rare now days when seeking professional services. Their nurse practioner has been instrumental in getting my levels back within range all without prescription medications but instead with supplements. My bloodwork protocols are specific to me and the amount of attention I receive is 10 times that of a doctor's office. I never feel rushed and my questions are always answered. I could continue to rave about this place so I'll end with the location itself. The facility might seem minor but it is always clean and refreshing which further explains why I receive such great service. As the old saying goes, if you don't manage the minor things, you can't manage the major things which I attribute to the owner, manager, all the staff, and the NP.

I have mixed thoughts on this place. Although they took the time to go over my Blood Work in a follow-up discussion costing $250 which was a week after completing blood work a week prior and made suggestions on supplements to take, some things were not explained as much... I felt rushed going through the results, nor did I have a copy of labs in front of me so I was trying to follow along the best I could. The lady I met with left the patient room she said to pull some supplements for me but then after 20 minutes she never returned. The front desk assistant came and got me eventually asked me if I was ready to go and I was so confused. He had a list of supplements for me to purchase totaling over $700 which that's a lot of money and I was left trying to figure out what made sense to buy and the front desk guy was no help. No one showed me the difference in membership prices and what made more sense when it came to buying just the supplements or getting a membership to use their facility. I still had so many questions and no protocol was given to me on when to take what supplements ...especially, because I've already been taking my own supplements and I didn't want to cancel the benefit of anything or upset my stomach with 10 different pills. Therefore, when I got home, I had to plug a bunch of information into Google Gemini AI just so I could create a protocol for myself to help stagger all the recommended supplements plus what I already take in multiple weeks/phases with a daily schedule (morning, afternoon and night). Taking a bunch of supplements is overwhelming and just not the only thing I had in mind for improving my wellness. Also I would have thought that somebody would have emailed me a copy of my blood work labs that I paid $350 for but they did not and I had to ask multiple times for them to give me a copy printed at the very least. Anywhere else I've gone, I've always received a email or downloadedable copy online. So although I came into this place with positivity, I left with the weirdest vibes and not sure how to move forward. Total spent in less than 2 week at this place was over $1,000.

Answering all my dumb questions and patiently putting up with my attitude keeps me happy.
