I love the service. Every time I've needed to talk with someone they have always been helpful and friendly. My prescription is always filled and mailed promptly. As a result this is the most consistent I have taken my medication. Recently I knew I would run out while I am traveling, so I called asking to renew early and it was no problem. I really appreciate them.

Great service and no issues! I ended up being prescribed a medication for my trans healthcare that has no FDA approved version. New Era was able to compound the medication into cream that can dispense a set amount of medication. It’s been working great so far with no issues. I’ll also add that they were very kind and respectful over the phone and never misgendered me or made me uncomfortable. I would recommend New Era to my trans friends and to any providers looking for a place to prescribe compounded medications for trans patients.

I started using New Era (2021 I think?) at the suggestion of my doctor. I use a rectal cream that is the most healing product I've ever used. Their prices are on the higher end but their products are top quality. Shipping is even reasonable and saves me a long drive up from Salem. Customer service is wonderful-warm, considerate and personable. I'm so happy with New Era!!! Just today I called about a prescription and when they couldn't find it, worked it out promptly and kindly with the clinic and me. If I could give ten stars I would!!!

Whenever I have a question, they’re always willing to take the time to explain things clearly. It’s great to feel supported, even with a mail-order service.

I cannot say enough good things about the lozenges I ordered for IVF medication. Legit so yummy that I look forward to eating one each time!!! 10/10!!
