NexGenEsis Healthcare - San Antonio

I do not recommend Nexgenesis. The staff is very friendly and repeatedly said they wanted to help but they could not answer any questions about the doctor. They called him doctor but could not tell me where he went to medical school. I feel like “what qualifies this person to perform these procedures” would and should be a common question. Since the consultation was free I still went hoping the doctor would wow me and help alleviate my arthritis and neuropathy pain. He did not. We talked for 30 minutes and I still never heard what his qualifications were or got an explanation of how his injections would improve my pain. I did learn that the knee I’m needing relief in is not eligible for injections because of the metal screws I have from ACL replacement. Once that was established he said well do you want me to just inject a different joint instead. GASP!! I could not get out of there fast enough. All in all I got a good lesson in what NOT to do. Please beware of chain clinics whose biggest concern is taking your money.

I sat in a room for over an hour and never saw a doctor. What a complete waste of time. I finally left because nobody was going to meet with me. If they don’t value your time as a new patient how will they value your health? The answer is they won’t. This is a pay for care, no insurance outfit and they couldn’t be bothered to actually evaluate me. As a new patient this is not how you want to begin your experience.

Mr. Pouliot conducts himself in a professional manner. He listens intently and develops a plan of action to resolve issues. He is patient and extremely sensitive to his client's needs and issues. Please convey our appreciation.

Esmeralda is an excellent therapist who takes her time to verify that everything is correct with each treatment.

Just my third treatment @NexGenSis and have already found relief from the Peripheral Nueropathy ! Thank you NexGenEsis!
