Noblesville Low Cost Pharmacy

I contacted Noblesville Pharmacy to let them know I was going out of town and didn't want to risk having my prescription delivered and sitting until I returned; especially since the extra bottles needed to be refrigerated. They filled my prescription and I received it within a couple of days of my phone call. Thank you so much Noblesville Pharmacy for your great customer service and getting my prescription to me so quickly.

Very poor customer service. My doctor sent prescription to them around 1/16. Never received prescription .After calling and speaking with them, they said I had to update my account which they did right there on the phone. However, they told me I must still fill out the update form on line and email it to them before they could send the script to me. I emailed the form to them that day,on 1/27. To this date, 2/8, I still do not have it. Contacted them again today. Was told they had no record of any of the prior updated email or conversation. Had to do it all over again. They never once contacted me to explain why this script wasn’t being filled. Told me they didn’t do that. No apology of any kind. Said again, I would receive it within ten days. Thus, I will not ever order from them again nor will I recommend them to anyone. I also should mention that I was on phone “hold” forever. Mildred McVey, Warren, IN

I had an absolutely terrible experience here. My cats insulin was called in. They told me it was ready. I went to pick it up on a Friday afternoon, after the vet was closed, and they said Oops, we can’t sell it to you. It’s “damaged.” OK, that’s very unfortunate that I get that part. What I don’t get is, their complete unwillingness to help me find another solution to the problem. They wouldn’t call it into another pharmacy. They wouldn’t help at all. And so I had to decide whether or not to take my cat to the emergency vet or just try to go a whole weekend without his medication. No help from this place, but I was able to get it filled, and it was 1/8 the cost that I have been paying at that pharmacy, through a different vet. So it wasn’t ever saving me any money. They just were completely unwilling to help me solve a problem that they caused I would never ever go there again. The staff is very rude.

Jasmine was so helpful and wonderful. Very caring person assisted me with information and was so nice about it. I wish there were more people like her. God bless Mary Jean Drum.

Was recommended to Noblesville by my dermatologist and after having had a terrible experience with another company was VERY impressed with the service and information I received. I spoke with a charming assistant named NAOMI and she went out of her way to assist and provide answers to the questions I had. I cannot say enough about her patience and kindness. Very impressed with this pharmacy and would highly recommend. If you can, ask for Naomi to assist, she is the best
