Oakridge Pharmacy

I received a text to order & pay for an rX on Friday. I did so and got a confirmation of payment and a delivery date (Monday). Monday rolls around and I get a call from the pharmacy that I need to pay. I let them know I already did, and they tell me to check with my bank (?!) because they don't have any record of my payment (despite my confirmation email from them). I have to ask them to search their system with my conformation number, they do, and say they still have no record of my payment. I keep asking questions to try and figure out what happened (they continue to be unhelpful and tell me to call the bank, despite me having a payment confirmation email from them dated Friday!). During this conversation they finally say my payment miraculously "just" came through and they'll put in my order that will now be delivered in an additional 2 to 3 business days.

this is a great pharmacy compared to the ones i have filled at ... they go out there way to deliver 10/10 service- i had a recent expirence of my package being lost but they went beyond their way to contact fedex to find my package and sent me a replacement even though my package was lost through their carrier- received my replacement package the very next day! IF MY DOC mistakely sent a prescription to the wrong pharmacy they always contact them so i can have it filled at oakridge- overall most definitely recommend this pharmacy to family & friends!!!!

I love Oakridge Pharmacy! I have worked with them both as a provider and as a patient and it has been a great experience on both sides. They’re excellent at getting good cash pay coupons for brand name medications (especially dermatology) for very reasonable prices.

I love dealing with Oakridge Pharm. I live in Greenville, NC & if we had more pharmacies like this one, patients would be so much better off than what they are now! They are prompt, always friendly, efficient. I can't say enough good things! :)

My doctor sent a prescription to this pharmacy for me to have filled and mailed to me. I paid for the prescription over the phone on Friday and the lady said it would be 2-3 business days for delivery. When I didn't receive my medication on Wednesday, I called to check on it. The guy said it was mailed on Tuesday. No explanation about why it took so long for them to mail it out. I guess it's a good thing it was just medication to clear up a break out on my face and not something I really needed in a hurry.
