I have never done a facial before. I saw on FB that they had a promotion for it, and thought why not. My experience when I walked in was how clean and welcoming it looked. Jennifer was at the front counter and checked me in. She then lead me to their VIP lounge. Where you could wait while they set up your room. They offer a snack and drinks. When I got into my room, Jennifer was also my esthetician. She asked me what my concerns were and what I do now as a facial treatment at home. She offered and explained a few other treatments they do, but I just stayed with the classic facial. She was so awesome, going over suggestions on treatments for home. It felt so relaxing like a face massage and shoulders. I enjoyed every minute of it.

Went in for a facial with Jennifer this morning. She was absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and provided me with great suggestions for my skin. Booked two more services and plan to continue the treatment there. Oh and don’t let me forget the neck and chest massage was amazing as well.

It was an excellent experience! The staff was very welcoming and professional and I can’t say enough about lovely Megan my aesthetician! She was so kind, welcomed my concerns about my skin so graciously and educated me on options available to areas that would benefit my areas of concern. She is very friendly and knowledgeable, the whole experience was wonderful and I left feeling relaxed and truly refreshed (baby soft skin too!). My neighbor even asked “what I did” and i didn’t have any makeup on! Excited to explore additional treatments, so many to choose from! Definitely check them out!
