Hello everyone. A couple weeks ago I was feeling my age. I am a 50 year old man with a high stress/ high demand career. I would come home from work and pass out because I was exhausted. On the weekend, I would look at my weight set and wish that I had the energy to workout. I have been single for a very long time and the drive to change that was gone as well. Now I am up before work so I can work out. My energy and drive is back. My mind is clear and I am happier. Dr. Garcia and his team are the best. They truly care about my health and wellbeing.
