Terrible pharmacy service that can’t get prescriptions straight or follow prescriber’s directions. Par for the course in Albuquerque and New Mexico.

Best Buy Drugs delivered my mom's heart medication to the wrong address/facility. When I called them to report that my mom did not receive her medication, their response was basically too bad, they have a signature indicating receipt of delivery. I told them that the person who signed does not work at my mom's residential facility and they were indifferent, and said that the prescription was filled and delivered, and offered no solution. Only upon my repeated insistence, they offered to check with their delivery driver. I suspected my mom's meds were delivered to the facility across the street, which was true. After retrieving my mom's meds, they called and said they would no longer provide service to my mom. Further frustrating part of this situation is that they were instructed at the time of refill request that I would pick up the meds, DO NOT DELIVER. And the worst part is their failure to take responsibility for their ERROR, and then refusing future service. I'd like to say this was an isolated incident but there have been multiple failures in customer service over the past year. Good riddance! Thank you for forcing me to find a more reputable pharmacy.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for over 20 years now. In ALL of that time, not ONCE have I EVER been treated badly, disrespected or anything of the sort! In fact, my experience has been the exact opposite! Every single person who works there are amazing, wonderful and kind people. I would NEVER go anywhere else. Now, even my grown children come to this place. I can't begin to count how many times they have saved my bacon, and have been absolutely supportive of my varying illnesses over the years!! They've been so patient when I've come in grumpy from not feeling well. With this place, you don't need to go anywhere else!! You get to feel like family here. And, me and my kids absolutely do!! I can't say enough good things about ALL of the employees here. EVERY SINGLE ONE of them will treat you like family.

This is not just a review, it's a story! When I was 18 yrs old I filled my first prescription with Best Buy, I am now 50! I have remained loyal & devoted every since. The original owners Dale & Loraine were so wonderful & they made me feel like family! I practically grew up with them! They got to know my three children as they grew up, as well as I got to see their kids grow up. I was heartbroken when Dale & Loraine retired & sold the pharmacy. I was worried things would not be the same, but much to my surprise, the new owner Martin was just as wonderful! Nothing had changed accept the ownership! It's a very personable pharmacy, the wait time is short, they truly know all they're customer's & are dedicated to each & every one of them! No matter what situation you may be in, they'll always work it out on your behalf! Don't let the mom & pop pharmacy fool you. You will NEVER & I mean NEVER have the experience at a CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Smiths, or any other chain, like you will have here! They even offer delivery services! Sandra is the most amazing person, she has been with Best Buy Pharmacy for a very long time! She is my go to whenever I need something, it doesnt matter what it is, she is on top of it with so much warmth & kindness! Matthew is great too! Please give this Pharmacy a try, I know you will never have the need to go anywhere else again! Many thanks to the entire Best Buy Pharmacy team, for always taking such great care of me!!
