Pill Plus Pharmacy

I switched to Pills Plus after years of frustration with CVS never having my prescription in stock. I was constantly driving from one location to another trying to find it. Pills Plus got me set up immediately and always has my prescription ready. They even check in if I forget to pick it up and remind me when it’s about to expire (which I definitely need!). It feels like a true family-owned pharmacy that actually cares about its customers. The team is wonderful, and now I get all my prescriptions filled there. So glad I made the switch.

Extremely disappointed in my experience. I purposely stopped by asking if they had a medication in stock prior to my provider sending it over. It was confirmed although they were closing I still let my provider know and she sent it that same evening so I should’ve been notified the issue. A whole week later I had to call and ask about it. Now there is none in stock and if they do a special order it will cost me more. I got not call or notification so that I can make alternate arrangements now I’m going to be without my meds even longer. The fact that the prescription they did have in stock was not filled and I have to wait an additional hour for that is really inconvenient. I highly doubt I will return after this. Highly unacceptable to not communicate Edited to add that when I went to pick up my prescription, I’m told that leaving negative reviews hurts their business but there was no accountability for where they dropped the ball. I am not new to medication shortages in this area in particular so trying to guilt me for hurting a small business but not owning that they disregarded my health is wild. I am cancelling all business with them. Others might have great experiences but this what mine and I will continue to share MY experiences.

Worth the extra few steps past CVS. The staff actually treats you like a human customer which is sadly unique in today's pharmacy landscape!

Was a Great pharmacy even tho prices was high... until I call and ask if they have medicine and they say they no longer carry it ..since the month before how can they pick and choice what to carry when poeple need it ...should be a law against that

Highly Recommended! I had a great experience at this pharmacy. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained my medications clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The service was fast, efficient, and very professional.
