Allison poff is the greatest doctor I have ever had! She listened to me and treated me like a person. She was very thorough. The staff is pleasant and just amazing. I highly recommend them!

My experience with Susan has been nothing short of extraordinary! She is the first doctor in my 30 years of life to ever take me seriously and tell me if id just stop eating bread I wouldn’t be overweight 🙄. She has helped me master my nutrition, my health, and given me confidence and assistance through every avenue. I would (and have) absolutely recommend her to anyone! I cannot express how grateful I am to have found a provider that listens and treats you as a human and my health has improved just by seeing her. I have never had a doctor care about my health and wellbeing as much as Susan. She has gone above and beyond and I cannot recommend her enough. She has squeezed me in between other patients when I have acute issues, I never am waiting on prescriptions or referrals and even recommended I go to the ER when I was being stubborn. I am confident that she will continue to have my back and walk me through any problems that may arise. If I haven’t said it lately THANK YOU for all that you do. If I didn’t make it clear in the first place- I 100% recommend Susan to every person I know facing health issues.

My experience with Susan Sansom, but also the entire staff at Primary Peak, has been above and beyond the ‘standard of care’ I have received from every other medical provider I’ve met with my entire adult life—& I’m pushing 40. This is the first time I’ve encountered open dialogue regarding health concerns & course of treatment, prompt & steady action (including expedient labs/imaging/referrals), or felt true compassionate concern from a provider. Beyond this [sadly] novel approach to patient care, each interaction with every individual in that office (from scheduling to co-pays to refilling an Rx) has been efficient, accurate & completed with care & respect. Because this phenomenon has not been a fluke or glitch in the matrix, but a consistent standard of business for PP, I felt compelled to write this review—my first ever about anything or anyone. My hope is that others, feeling jaded by our all too often indifferent healthcare system, can walk into Primary Peak knowing they will have a totally different experience—& might actually leave their provider’s office feeling heard & hopeful for the first time ever… Sending my thanks & gratitude to Susan, Allison, Janel, Nichole, Brittany & the rest of the amazing staff for your collective efforts—& for being real live human beings! 10/10!

Susan is absolutely amazing! My son has been struggling with issues for years that no one seemed to take seriously. After countless providers brushed us off, we finally took him to see Susan—and for the first time, we have real answers and help! She listened, understood, and got the ball rolling on the things that truly need to be done. I can’t thank her enough for finally giving us hope and direction!

I have seen both Susan and Allison and they are both amazing providers. They are the most thorough and kind nurse practitioners I have ever seen. My weight is down but more importantly my A1C is down an entire point and I am no longer pre diabetic!! My cholesterol numbers are also down. I can’t recommend this clinic enough!!!
