Pucci's Pharmacy

This pharmacy has gone downhill- no better than a Safeway or Walgreens pharmacy now. Meds are no longer reliably in stock, but staff did not let me know - just left me hanging. I have to go out of town tomorrow, so this is a major inconvenience, as I can no longer get ahold of my doctor and let him know that I can't get them. If they would have let me know yesterday and then I would have been able to make those phone calls and gotten ahold of my doctor and remedy this situation. They still have two prescriptions that are ready but they're only open for two more hours today. Because I won't be able to get there in time now I have to pay $6 for the delivery fee. I guess all good things are only temporary. I had originally left them a five-star review and now, am really disappointed in this Pharmacy. Its also much more difficult to get thru on the phone now -- hitting "4" to speak to a pharmacy staff member actually ends the call!! I had to pretend to be calling from a physicians office in order to get through! What has happened to this pharmacy :/ I have been going here for years and it used to be so good! :(

I've been a patient of this pharmacy for 2 years. What i love about this pharmacy is the fact that they do really care about community. Also they always encourage patients to act and protect their rights. This pharmacy has a big history behind it as well as regular customers who love this place. Would never go anywhere else. Clint and Jennifer are the best team! ❤️ to the best pharmacy!

Have tried for more than a year to support this local pharmacy since moving to Sacramento, but it’s just impossible to recommend them in any way. I have a very simple list of medications that are quite essential to me, yet my prescription pick up is botched every time. Despite multiple calls from me days in advance giving a heads up when I will need my medication and receiving assurance that it will be ready, my medications are almost always not even being worked on yet when I show up. The front desk staff treats me with extreme disdain as soon as they see that I’m picking up a psychiatric medication. Their attitude implies that it is my fault that my medication is not ready, that I am somehow irresponsible. Shockingly disorganized and frankly denigrating place to have to interact with. So pleased to be taking my business elsewhere finally as family members have been urging me to for a long time now.

This pharmacy takes each patients situation into consideration. I have some complex medical things going on and they take great care of me. Clint is compassionate and actually cares about you. I have to say in my life best pharmacy!!

Disorganized front desk workers and lack of communication between each front desk and pharmacist, long wait times, they don’t call you when you’re due for you next vaccine dosage. Something that should have take 15 minutes at most took 30.
