QC Kinetix (Charlotte)

I was very apprehensive when I went in to speak with them regarding all of my issues I have with my back. After speaking with Patrick and him reassuring me that they will work with me through this whole entire process I couldn't be happier. From the front desk to the entire staff they are the best in the business! I can't not say enough about Drake (injection specialist) and her knowledge,her direction when going thru the procedures. Kelly (PA) and her knowledge. Following their advice after each visit I had with them I'm now back to almost 85% . I recommend them highly!

I'm a project manager and spend a ton of time on concrete. I had extreme hip pain in both hips and went through physical therapy that only aggravated my pain. I was then told I needed hip replacements. Two friends of mine recommended QC. I was then given a 5 procedure treatment plan and now I have no pain. I even wore sandals with a slight heel to meet clients and I haven't been able to do that in a long time. Please know I was very skeptical at first and now I couldn't be happier with my results. The customer service is top notch. I get follow up texts and calls including an after action regimen of exercises. My care team knows my name. If you are on the fence know you are worth the cost. I had torn my acl and damaged my meniscus about 4 years ago after repairing my acl I still had pain jn my meniscus for 2-3 years. I couldn't take it anymore and finally decided to take a leap of faith and go to QC Kinetic I've heard about them for a long time but did not know what to expect. Extremely professional and friendly staff they always reassured me and me feel good about what was going on. I can not recommend QC Kinetix enough. I've essentially eliminated my pain in 5 sessions with them and some strategic exercises. I had alternating sessions of plasma therapy and PRP. I have been a patient of Dr. Schaffer for over a year now and have been very pleased with the results. My knee pain has improved significantly and I am able to do the activities I love again.
