Quality Care Pharmacy and Compounding

First time using, called to provide insurance and find out when my medicine would be ready for pickup. Cameron put me on hold and when he returned he told me that they were unable to get the medicine in. I explained that I was shocked as this is the third Pharmacy that told me that. Cameron then said "well to be honest, insurance doesn't pay us enough to recoup our cost and since this is your first time filing with us it just isn't worth it " I was shocked. He said that they are a small business and don't want to "take the hit". I explained that I was considering moving all of my business but won't now after being told that I'm not worth it. I would think that a small business is willing to grow and want new customers. Would treat their customers with care and respect. I have never ever been told that I'm not worth it or that my medical needs aren't worth it. Extremely disappointed.

I would rate this place 6 stars if I could. It is what the pharmacy SHOULD be. It is run by people that care, that do so much more for families than any other pharmacy I’ve ever gotten services from. If you hate your pharmacy and live in Wylie, Murphy, Sachse, or somewhere else within a reasonable drive, I guarantee you will be happier with the QualityCare’s Pharmacy team moreso than anywhere else you’ve ever been.

Absolute BEST pharmacy EVER. It's like they took a page from years ago. You walk in and they know your name, they come up and talk to you. Always kind and professional. I won't go anywhere else. We miss you Craig, but love Shina and John is doing great!

True old school pharmacy customer service. The big box pharmacies don’t do it like this anymore. I go out of my way to use them. They can ship to your address in some cases.

We have been using this Pharmacy for about five years now. We no longer have to go to CVS and wait an extended period of time to either drop off a prescription or to pick up a prescription. The staff here is always available, friendly, helpful, and very professional. Today we left a minor emergency clinic at 9:15, at which time the PA sent the prescriptions to Quality Care Pharmacy. I arrived there about 9:25 and at 9:40 I was back in the car on my way home with all of my wife’s prescriptions. We could not be more pleased with the service we have been receiving from this store.
