Rachelle is amazing!! I was referred to her by my best friend, and got her phone number to start my consultation. Rachelle was so quick to respond and set some time to chat with me over the phone the very next day (she actually offered to talk on the phone right at that moment, but I had a conflict!) After our phone call, I just felt super positive and knew she wanted to help me be the best I could, so I scheduled an in person consultation that next day. The spa is within Oakridge mall so super easy and accessible to get to. When I entered my appointment, Rachelle made me feel super welcome and answered any questions I had. I honestly went in a bit nervous but immediately felt so relaxed and relieved just within 2 minutes of us chatting in person. I could feel the excitement and care Rachelle had when explaining everything to me, and I immediately wanted to begin the treatment.
