A doctor friend referred me for months long pain in neck. I called and got an appointment for that very day. Dr. Lutz was professional and nice and immediately put me at ease explaining that the kind of pain I have is common and typically goes away on its own. He checked me out doing some simple tests right there and ordered an MRI if I want to rule out any other issues (not likely and I probably won't get it), and he immediately alleviated my concern about having something potentially more serious and explained why that's highly doubtful. They don't take insurance - that's probably why the office is efficient and the doctor tells the truth.

Dr. Christopher Lutz took a great deal of time with me, explaining everything about my condition. He was attentive and caring. The staff in his office is friendly and professional. I have a great deal of confidence in this practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gregory Lutz for over 20 years having received successfully epidurals and PRP injections for my back and hip respectively. His skill, care and knowledge are second to none and his facility is state of the art. By far he is the best Physiatrist in New York! Over the years I have recommended him to family members and friends and they all are ecstatic over his care and the alleviation of pain they receive from his procedures. Recently I worked with Dr Beatty and received outstanding care as well. Moreover, the staff at Dr. Lutz's office are second to none and they all are efficient, courteous and compassionate.

Very attentive upon visit and evaluation. However, after agreement of procedure, which was costly with no insurance, recommended, I have been in worse pain and less stability since, and have not even been called by nurses or doctors to have a follow up visit. I left messages and feelings and questions to get NOTHING returned for three months. When I finally reached a doctor, she said, " Well you're supposed to contact us for a follow up six weeks and three months later." I told her I had but had not ever heard back and I had been in horrible pain every day for over three months and my stability is worse then before the procedure. I was told they cared a great deal.... Not my experience.

Dr. Lutz is very patient and thorough. He takes his time in explaining the condition and any treatments necessary. He is very knowledgeable in his field, which if very reassuring. The office is also very relaxing and clean.
