The Rivas Medical team are always highly professional, organized and friendly. The staff are always helpful and pleasant. I appreciate that so much. The consultations at the Towson office are informative and non-judgmental. As well, plenty of free parking lends to convenient expedient visits. So good!!!

The staff is always pleasant, sometimes I have to be mindful that this is not my primary care Physician. I sometimes be expecting more engagement from the medical staff that is giving the GLP injection.😂😂😂😂. They definitely get you in and get you out with the quickness. I don’t think I’ve ever spend over 15/20 minutes for the total visit. . As far as the progress of the injections, I have been using tirzepatide since May 2025. Losing 26 lbs, beginning weight 185 lbs today’s weight 159lbs. Goal weight 145/150.

So far so amazing. In 7 weeks I lost 20pounds, my goal is to only lose 76 pounds so things are moving along perfectly. The service is the best, from the receptionist to the doctors. They go through each option with you to see which would be the best fit for you. I'm so grateful I discovered Rivas

I have been a patient and the professionals in Perry Hall rock. I went for a consultation in Towson on the new sculpt machine. It was amazing, Dr. M was so knowledgeable and helping me understand what the machine is going to do for the fat and rebuilding muscle that we have lost due to our injections. I highly recommend investing in yourself. The office and Dr M are changing lives.

The front desk ladies are very friendly! I feel very comfortable with the PA, Vince. When I have questions, he’s very good to explain things so I understand! I give him 5 stars!
