Beware of this one. There's not anyone on the staff that I have found that is overly toxic on their own, but the entire organization as a whole has proven to me to be extremely toxic. I can't think of a single time I walked into their business (they have no drive-through so walking in is a requirement) and picked up prescriptions quickly even if there was no one in front of me. They have decided that problems with prescriptions don't need to be brought up to the patient and that they will only deal with the doctors through electronic means. Since doctors are notoriously slow for people standing in front of them and virtually unresponsive through electronic communication the refill that I requested 6 days ago was never acted upon. Their response included the doctor only and I, as the patient, never got any kind of update from them. It took me 45 minutes on hold with them today just to find out that there is a problem. I have received notifications from them to tell me that prescriptions were ready only to arrive and find out they were not. Considering how long it takes for them to figure this out even with you standing in front of them, it was a lot of my personal time wasted. Unless you are incredibly masochistic and you feel that suffering is something you deserve, I would strongly suggest you find any other option. Finding some homeless dude selling drugs on the corner would probably be a more satisfying experience. I'm sure it's great for the retired community who has no time constraints, but my time and effort is important to me. If your time is important to you, I suggest you run, not walk, to any other pharmacy.
My doctor sent in a script a few days ago and I just ran out so called to pick it up before I missed a day. They never even filled it in the first place. Then they told me it will take 2 days to fill. So now I have to go all weekend without my script. This was my first time using this pharmacy & will be my last.
I recently switch to this pharmacy due to my closing its doors. It’s been nothing but problems. Misinformation, super slow service, text that my meds are ready only to show up and they aren’t, they can’t seem to keep my insurance on file, and the final straw was today when they told me for the 2nd time in 2 months that they don’t have all my meds I need. They want me to pay for the full script and walk out with however many they have and they owe me the rest. This is a med I cannot miss without consequences. Honestly Walgreens has better service.
I have availed myself of this pharmacy's services periodically for temporary and emergency prescriptions. My neighbors and I would recommend exploring alternative pharmacies due to the consistently slow service, which is particularly noticeable when there are only one or two prescriptions to fill. They often contact me to inform me that a prescription is ready, only to find out that it is not. I apologize if my tone seems jaded, but as someone undergoing dialysis and chemotherapy, I am acutely aware of the importance of time management, and I cannot indulge in unnecessary delays. During my last visit, I observed a dog on the counter that was not a service animal, which raised concerns. Moreover, the delivery fee for a location just one mile away seemed excessive.
Sherrys is not what it used to be. I'm longer for my meds to be ready. They made decisions about my meds without consulting me. Like a vile that contains 3 shots instead of the 10 the Dr ordered. $35.00 for 3 or $42.00 for 10 that's $75.00 more they make off the same drug the same amount, and Dr. Prescribes the vile of 10 not 3 individuals. When sherry was filling scripts this didn't happen.
