This is a well-run pharmacy in a convenient location near Henderson and Silverado Ranch. Lots of parking and easy location to get in and out quickly. Wish they were open weekends, but did work with me on holding the meds til I could pick up. Inside, it’s packed full of vitamins and over the counter cold meds. They compounded a prescription for me and filled it fast and have affordable pricing for cash pay. Friendly staff and always answer the phone.
A super unpleasant experience with this pharmacy and for some reason it has reviews mentioning the same thing... I had made an initial order with them for two months of tirzepatide injections and when I was close to getting another order since I had to change the dose I called them to find out the new price... I spoke to a Sir who works there and who speaks Spanish and when he told me the price I saw it was quite expensive since I had made some inquiries at other pharmacies where the prices are cheaper and that is what I made that Sir know as a concern speaking to him at all times with respect to which he unprofessional and defiant responded to me "Well fill your prescription in another pharmacy"... I could not believe what I was hearing and I told him why he responded to me in that way without any professional ethics and without any type of education... He didn't answer me and left me on hold and an even worse lady came to the phone speaking in English with a loud voice and totally rude and angry because I had made a small comment to them with all my right about that they had the price of the medication higher than in other pharmacies, conclusion she threw me the phone! and I was in shock! I could not believe what had happened, how is it possible that in a medical and health identity like a pharmacy there are these types of people working in them ... without professional ethics, without patience, without empathy or education ... it is a shame that I do not know their names to have mentioned them but I am very sure that between them they know perfectly well who they are and the owner or manager of this pharmacy should not have these employees in their establishments because of these people the entire pharmacy loses its good reputation and it should not happen ... therefore it is not a worthy pharmacy to be operating in the health branch or with the needy customer who in this case comes to them because are sick or have a medical need.. it is incredible the degradation of some human beings who have even lost their education, without empathy and these types of people should not be allowed to be working with the customer, much less in the health branch and this is really something very serious happening in our society and should not be allowed and that is why I expose it through this review. I greatly appreciate the reasonable response to my review by the owner of this pharmacy and I believe that his decision to immediately seek another interpreter for your pharmacy is totally acceptable and prudent, but I believe that you overlooked the other worker who was a woman who after I spoke to the gentleman in Spanish, she went to the phone despite knowing what had happened with the gentleman because as soon as she spoke to me she began to abruptly tell me about the price of the medication with a very bad attitude and was even ruder, raising her voice, having an unempathetic reaction and totally lacking in her professional ethics, despite the fact that I for my part remained calm and spoke to her with respect and one thing I want to make clear is that she did not speak Spanish and only spoke English and I was always speaking to her in English when in the middle of the inconclusive conversation, she abruptly hung up on me… you as the owner should ask your interpreter involved in this who that employee was so that you can also take action with that person too because it is unacceptable as I told you before that there are those types of unprofessional people working in a health care institution such as a pharmacy. Don't allow this if you want to have a business with the best standards.
I shop at this pharmacy for my vitamins, supplements, and compounded pharmacy requirements. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is adequate. Open Monday through Friday only, and they take a 1/2 hr lunch from 1230- 1pm.
I've been coming to this Pharmacy for a while and find the staff are friendly and very accommodating. They not only quickly answer all your questions, but also if they can't find the answer immediately, they check elsewhere to provide you with a response, which is reassuring. Solutions is a small out-of-the-way pharmacy that you have to [literally] search for, but I recommend you search until you find it. It's worth the extra effort.
How greedy can you people be? keep raising your prices, and losing customers like me, I will just go to Anazao !! peace
