I love using Stonegate Pharmacy! The staff is always so helpful. They will fax refill requests to my doctor on my behalf. They will mail my prescription to me for convenience. They send text updates to me so that I can keep track of refill reminders, order status, etc. I highly recommend using Stonegate. Good service with pharmacies is so hard to come by these days, and Stonegate is top notch.

Ups was taking 3 days to send me the next day air package out only 45 minutes from the pharmacy, so Jessica packed my prescription with extra ice packs and it arrived cold this time, even though UPS took an extra day. She was professional and very proactive about making sure I got my medicine, and I highly recommend stonegate pharmacy because of the excellent customer service and people there like Jessica who do such great work.

Moved here from FL, where I was getting a compound cream for pain. Finally located a place and went through my primary care to get a compound made. Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction to the cream … I thought they’d at least offer some sort of discount , bc that’s $100 wasted. But bc I wasn’t aware of the allergy to base of the cream and couldn’t tell them , it was a no. They don’t mind ‘trying’ to make another cream and changing the base, however , I mind spending another $100 and it may or may not work. Smh. Outside of that, the people are friendly and they’ll walk the prescription to your car if you pull up to the door.

I have received my medications from Stonegate pharmacy for years. On occasion I have utilized the big chains and, nothing is perfect, but I have ALWAYS been able to count on Stonegate to do the right thing. Thank you for hiring people like Mina to assist your clients.
