When Mike owned Taylor’s it was great. Now: phone staff unable to calculate how long a medication will last (“I was not expecting to have to do math”), waiting times to receive medication are ridiculous. My medication has been “in the mail” for 9 days. Transferring my script to another pharmacy TODAY

You would think after countless reviews about their phone experience issues, that they’d actually address the issue. But they don’t. After years of using Taylor’s, every time we have to call for something, it still takes an hour to get someone on the phone.

I remain super grateful to all those who work at Taylors, for the hormone consultation pharmacist(s) who are readily available to educate and answer questions, for the ease of refilling prescriptions online, and for the kindness of those who answer the phone with courtesy and intelligence, regardless of how busy they might be🌺

Taylors Pharmacy does a great job. The delivery service is very helpful. I have full confidence in them.

My elderly cat receives medication from Taylors Pharmacy and they’ve have always done everything possible to get my cat’s prescription on time. They are professional and patient.
