Texas Rxsolutions and Compounding Pharmacy

Used to be a good and honorable pharmacy. For the last year and a half has turned into a total clown show. God awful service incompetence apathy indifference rudeness and lack of ability to even fill common prescriptions is the norm. I think they lost part of their license to fill some scripts. They never deliver when they say they will leave you waiting days often. Also lie, lie, lie is their go-to for incompetence. Run, baby run. Don't stop here.

Very poor customer service help. Very poor communication with driver riding around with my medicine in his vehicle for over two days. They had several of my prescriptions filled under the wrong doctors name. One of the most important issues is that there is no one higher in charge if you have a problem than the pharmacist!

Why in the heck would a delivery driver leave all your prescriptions on your porch without letting you know it. I live in apartment complex where neighbor hood kids play about 40-50 feet away from my front door and the side walk. If in your home , your are responsible for keeping ALL medication out of the reach of children, but yet you leave about 7 - 10 deadly prescriptions where kids steal them and are very curious about what they are for. Not to mention grown folks walking by to steal the packages, mind you now, they were NOT packages in a box are a large brown bag, but in several white paper bags like they hand over to you INSIDE of pharmacy. I truly thank GOD that those kids did not get curious and digesting any of the medication. And now the grown ups that steal the packages find out that they are NOT control substances are definitely not gonna bring them back to place where they stole them from in the beginning. Somebody PLEASE help me understand this situation logically to me because I am very stupidly NOT understanding this analogy!! Please tell me where I can report this incident. Do I need to make a police report about it are what... #stuckonstupidoverhere!

This place is a joke. They are always out of something, they lose prescriptions and lie about it being filled, staff is rude and not professional, and then they keep you waiting for hours. Their go to excuse is “the system is down “. Stay away from this place unless you just need a good laugh.

I requested a Rx transfer & was NEVER contacted again! I reached out twice to no avail. I finally decided to keep my Rx where it was, just to be told it was transferred over to them a MONTH ago! I called them AGAIN & they say that they have no record of my Rx or transfer. What a joke!
